  2023年6月2日,中(zhong)(zhong)共中(zhong)(zhong)央总书记、国家(jia)主席、中(zhong)(zhong)央军委(wei)主席习近(jin)平在北京出席文化传承发(fa)展座谈会并发(fa)表重(zhong)要讲话。 

  今天,我们召开文化(hua)传承发展(zhan)座(zuo)谈会。座(zuo)谈会之前,我先后参观了新建成的中国(guo)国(guo)家版本馆(guan)和中国(guo)历(li)史研究院(yuan)的考古博物馆(guan),很有(you)收获。

  成立中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)历史研究(jiu)院、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)国(guo)家(jia)版(ban)本(ben)馆,是党中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)央(yang)作出的重(zhong)大决策(ce)。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华民族(zu)具(ju)有百万年(nian)的人类史、一万年(nian)的文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)史、五千多年(nian)的文(wen)(wen)明史。这次参观(guan)考察中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)历史研究(jiu)院、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)国(guo)家(jia)版(ban)本(ben)馆,我更(geng)加深(shen)切感(gan)到中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)源远流长,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华文(wen)(wen)明博(bo)大精深(shen)。只有全面深(shen)入了(le)解中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华文(wen)(wen)明的历史,才能更(geng)有效地推(tui)动中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华优(you)秀传统文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)创(chuang)造性(xing)转化(hua)(hua)、创(chuang)新性(xing)发展,更(geng)有力(li)地推(tui)进中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)特色社会主义文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)建(jian)设,建(jian)设中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华民族(zu)现代文(wen)(wen)明。

  文化关(guan)乎国本、国运。这段(duan)时(shi)间,我(wo)一直在思考推进中国特(te)色社会(hui)主义文化建设、建设中华民族(zu)现代文明这个重大问(wen)题。这也是(shi)召(zhao)开这次座谈会(hui)的原因。这里,我(wo)讲(jiang)3个问(wen)题。

  一、深刻把握中华文明的突出特性

  中(zhong)(zhong)华优秀(xiu)传统(tong)文化有很多重要元素,比如,天(tian)下(xia)为公(gong)、天(tian)下(xia)大同(tong)的(de)社(she)会理(li)想,民为邦本、为政以(yi)德的(de)治(zhi)理(li)思(si)想,九州(zhou)共(gong)贯、多元一(yi)体(ti)的(de)大一(yi)统(tong)传统(tong),修(xiu)齐治(zhi)平、兴亡有责的(de)家国情怀,厚德载物(wu)、明(ming)德弘道(dao)的(de)精神(shen)追求,富民厚生(sheng)、义(yi)利兼顾的(de)经济伦理(li),天(tian)人(ren)合一(yi)、万物(wu)并(bing)育(yu)的(de)生(sheng)态(tai)理(li)念,实事求是、知行合一(yi)的(de)哲学思(si)想,执两用中(zhong)(zhong)、守中(zhong)(zhong)致和的(de)思(si)维方法,讲信修(xiu)睦、亲(qin)仁善(shan)邻的(de)交往之道(dao)等(deng),共(gong)同(tong)塑(su)造出中(zhong)(zhong)华文明(ming)的(de)突出特性。

  中(zhong)华(hua)(hua)文(wen)明具(ju)有(you)突出(chu)的(de)(de)连(lian)续性(xing)。中(zhong)华(hua)(hua)文(wen)明是世界上唯一绵延(yan)不(bu)(bu)(bu)断且(qie)以国(guo)(guo)(guo)家形态发(fa)展至今的(de)(de)伟大(da)文(wen)明。这充分证明了(le)中(zhong)华(hua)(hua)文(wen)明具(ju)有(you)自我发(fa)展、回应(ying)挑战、开创新局的(de)(de)文(wen)化主体性(xing)与(yu)旺盛(sheng)生命力。深(shen)厚的(de)(de)家国(guo)(guo)(guo)情怀(huai)与(yu)深(shen)沉的(de)(de)历史(shi)意识,为(wei)中(zhong)华(hua)(hua)民(min)族打下了(le)维护大(da)一统的(de)(de)人心根基,成为(wei)中(zhong)华(hua)(hua)民(min)族历经千难万险而(er)不(bu)(bu)(bu)断复兴的(de)(de)精神支撑。中(zhong)华(hua)(hua)文(wen)明的(de)(de)连(lian)续性(xing),从根本上决定了(le)中(zhong)华(hua)(hua)民(min)族必(bi)然走自己的(de)(de)路。如(ru)果(guo)不(bu)(bu)(bu)从源远流长的(de)(de)历史(shi)连(lian)续性(xing)来认识中(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo),就不(bu)(bu)(bu)可(ke)(ke)能(neng)理(li)(li)解古代中(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo),也不(bu)(bu)(bu)可(ke)(ke)能(neng)理(li)(li)解现代中(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo),更(geng)不(bu)(bu)(bu)可(ke)(ke)能(neng)理(li)(li)解未来中(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)。 

  中(zhong)(zhong)华文明具有突出的(de)(de)(de)(de)创新(xin)性(xing)。中(zhong)(zhong)华文明是革故鼎新(xin)、辉光日(ri)(ri)新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)文明,静(jing)水深流与波澜壮阔交(jiao)织。连续不(bu)是停滞、更不(bu)是僵化,而是以创新(xin)为支撑的(de)(de)(de)(de)历(li)史(shi)进步过程(cheng)。中(zhong)(zhong)华民(min)族(zu)始终以“苟日(ri)(ri)新(xin),日(ri)(ri)日(ri)(ri)新(xin),又(you)日(ri)(ri)新(xin)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)精神(shen)不(bu)断创造自(zi)己的(de)(de)(de)(de)物质文明、精神(shen)文明和政治(zhi)文明,在很长的(de)(de)(de)(de)历(li)史(shi)时(shi)期内作为最(zui)繁荣最(zui)强大(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)文明体(ti)屹立于(yu)世。中(zhong)(zhong)华文明的(de)(de)(de)(de)创新(xin)性(xing),从根本上决定了中(zhong)(zhong)华民(min)族(zu)守正不(bu)守旧(jiu)、尊古(gu)不(bu)复古(gu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)进取精神(shen),决定了中(zhong)(zhong)华民(min)族(zu)不(bu)惧新(xin)挑战、勇(yong)于(yu)接受新(xin)事物的(de)(de)(de)(de)无畏品格。

  中(zhong)(zhong)华文(wen)明(ming)具(ju)有突出的(de)(de)统(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)性(xing)。中(zhong)(zhong)华文(wen)明(ming)长期的(de)(de)大一(yi)(yi)(yi)统(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)传统(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),形成了(le)多元一(yi)(yi)(yi)体、团结(jie)集中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)统(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)性(xing)。“向内凝(ning)聚”的(de)(de)统(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)性(xing)追求(qiu),是(shi)(shi)(shi)文(wen)明(ming)连续(xu)(xu)的(de)(de)前提(ti),也(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)文(wen)明(ming)连续(xu)(xu)的(de)(de)结(jie)果(guo)。团结(jie)统(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)福,分(fen)裂动荡是(shi)(shi)(shi)祸,是(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)人用血的(de)(de)代(dai)价换来的(de)(de)宝贵经验(yan)教训。中(zhong)(zhong)华文(wen)明(ming)的(de)(de)统(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)性(xing),从(cong)根本上(shang)决(jue)定了(le)中(zhong)(zhong)华民(min)族各(ge)民(min)族文(wen)化融为一(yi)(yi)(yi)体、即(ji)使遭遇重大挫(cuo)折也(ye)牢固凝(ning)聚,决(jue)定了(le)国(guo)土不可(ke)分(fen)、国(guo)家不可(ke)乱、民(min)族不可(ke)散、文(wen)明(ming)不可(ke)断的(de)(de)共同信念,决(jue)定了(le)国(guo)家统(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)永远(yuan)是(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)核(he)(he)心利益的(de)(de)核(he)(he)心,决(jue)定了(le)一(yi)(yi)(yi)个坚强统(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)国(guo)家是(shi)(shi)(shi)各(ge)族人民(min)的(de)(de)命运所系。

  中华(hua)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)具有突出的(de)(de)(de)包(bao)容(rong)(rong)性。中华(hua)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)从来不用单一文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)代(dai)替多元(yuan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),而是由多元(yuan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)汇聚(ju)成共同(tong)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)解冲突,凝聚(ju)共识。中华(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)认(ren)同(tong)超越地域乡(xiang)土(tu)、血缘(yuan)世系、宗教信(xin)仰(yang)等,把(ba)内部差异(yi)极大的(de)(de)(de)广土(tu)巨族(zu)整合成多元(yuan)一体的(de)(de)(de)中华(hua)民族(zu)。越包(bao)容(rong)(rong),就越是得到认(ren)同(tong)和维护(hu),就越会绵延不断。中华(hua)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)的(de)(de)(de)包(bao)容(rong)(rong)性,从根本上决定了中华(hua)民族(zu)交往交流交融(rong)的(de)(de)(de)历史取向,决定了中国各宗教信(xin)仰(yang)多元(yuan)并存的(de)(de)(de)和谐格局(ju),决定了中华(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)对世界文(wen)(wen)明(ming)兼收并蓄(xu)的(de)(de)(de)开放胸(xiong)怀。

  中(zhong)华(hua)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)具(ju)有(you)突出的(de)(de)和(he)平(ping)性。和(he)平(ping)、和(he)睦、和(he)谐是中(zhong)华(hua)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)五千多年来一直传承的(de)(de)理(li)念,主张(zhang)以道德秩序构造一个群(qun)己(ji)合(he)一的(de)(de)世界(jie)(jie),在人己(ji)关系中(zhong)以他人为重。倡(chang)导(dao)交通成和(he),反(fan)对(dui)隔绝闭塞(sai);倡(chang)导(dao)共生并进(jin),反(fan)对(dui)强人从(cong)己(ji);倡(chang)导(dao)保合(he)太和(he),反(fan)对(dui)丛林法则。中(zhong)华(hua)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)的(de)(de)和(he)平(ping)性,从(cong)根本上决(jue)定(ding)(ding)了中(zhong)国始终是世界(jie)(jie)和(he)平(ping)的(de)(de)建设者、全球发展的(de)(de)贡献者、国际秩序的(de)(de)维护者,决(jue)定(ding)(ding)了中(zhong)国不(bu)(bu)断(duan)追求(qiu)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)交流互鉴(jian)而(er)不(bu)(bu)搞(gao)文(wen)(wen)化霸(ba)权,决(jue)定(ding)(ding)了中(zhong)国不(bu)(bu)会把自己(ji)的(de)(de)价(jia)值观念与政治体制强加于人,决(jue)定(ding)(ding)了中(zhong)国坚持合(he)作、不(bu)(bu)搞(gao)对(dui)抗(kang),决(jue)不(bu)(bu)搞(gao)“党(dang)同伐异”的(de)(de)小圈子。

  二、深刻理解“两个结合”的重大意义

  在五千多(duo)年(nian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华文(wen)明(ming)深厚(hou)基(ji)础上开辟(pi)和发(fa)展中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)特(te)(te)(te)色社(she)会(hui)主义,把马克(ke)思主义基(ji)本(ben)原理(li)同(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)具(ju)体(ti)实际、同(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华优(you)秀(xiu)传统文(wen)化相(xiang)(xiang)结(jie)(jie)合(he)是必由之(zhi)路(lu)(lu)。这是我(wo)(wo)们在探索中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)特(te)(te)(te)色社(she)会(hui)主义道路(lu)(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)得(de)出的(de)(de)规律(lv)性认识。我(wo)(wo)们一直(zhi)强(qiang)调把马克(ke)思主义基(ji)本(ben)原理(li)同(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)具(ju)体(ti)实际相(xiang)(xiang)结(jie)(jie)合(he),现(xian)在我(wo)(wo)们又(you)明(ming)确(que)提出“第二个结(jie)(jie)合(he)”。我(wo)(wo)说过,如果没(mei)有(you)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华五千年(nian)文(wen)明(ming),哪(na)(na)里有(you)什(shen)么中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)特(te)(te)(te)色?如果不(bu)是中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)特(te)(te)(te)色,哪(na)(na)有(you)我(wo)(wo)们今天这么成功的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)特(te)(te)(te)色社(she)会(hui)主义道路(lu)(lu)?只有(you)立(li)足波澜壮阔(kuo)的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华五千多(duo)年(nian)文(wen)明(ming)史,才(cai)能真(zhen)正理(li)解中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)道路(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)历史必然(ran)、文(wen)化内涵与独(du)特(te)(te)(te)优(you)势。

  历史正反两(liang)方面(mian)的(de)(de)经(jing)验表明(ming),“两(liang)个结(jie)合”是我们(men)取得成功(gong)的(de)(de)最大法宝。

  2023年6月2日,中(zhong)共(gong)中(zhong)央总(zong)书(shu)记、国(guo)家主席、中(zhong)央军委主席习近(jin)平在北(bei)京出席文化传承发展座谈会(hui)并(bing)发表重(zhong)要讲话。这是座谈会(hui)前,习近(jin)平1日下(xia)午在中(zhong)国(guo)国(guo)家版本(ben)(ben)馆考察(cha)时(shi),在兰(lan)台洞库(ku)了解馆藏精品版本(ben)(ben)保(bao)存情况。

  第一(yi),“结(jie)(jie)合(he)”的(de)(de)前(qian)提是(shi)(shi)(shi)彼此(ci)契(qi)(qi)合(he)。“结(jie)(jie)合(he)”不(bu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)硬凑(cou)在(zai)一(yi)起的(de)(de)。马克思主(zhu)义和中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华优秀传统文化(hua)来源不(bu)同(tong),但彼此(ci)存在(zai)高度(du)的(de)(de)契(qi)(qi)合(he)性。比如,天(tian)下为(wei)(wei)公、讲(jiang)信(xin)修睦的(de)(de)社会追求与(yu)共(gong)产主(zhu)义、社会主(zhu)义的(de)(de)理想(xiang)信(xin)念(nian)相(xiang)(xiang)通,民为(wei)(wei)邦本、为(wei)(wei)政(zheng)以德(de)的(de)(de)治理思想(xiang)与(yu)人(ren)民至上(shang)的(de)(de)政(zheng)治观(guan)念(nian)相(xiang)(xiang)融,革故(gu)鼎(ding)新、自(zi)强不(bu)息的(de)(de)担当与(yu)共(gong)产党人(ren)的(de)(de)革命精神相(xiang)(xiang)合(he)。马克思主(zhu)义从社会关系的(de)(de)角(jiao)度(du)把握人(ren)的(de)(de)本质,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华文化(hua)也把人(ren)安放(fang)在(zai)家国(guo)天(tian)下之中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),都反对把人(ren)看作孤立的(de)(de)个体。相(xiang)(xiang)互契(qi)(qi)合(he)才能有(you)机结(jie)(jie)合(he)。正是(shi)(shi)(shi)在(zai)这个意义上(shang),我们才说中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)共(gong)产党既是(shi)(shi)(shi)马克思主(zhu)义的(de)(de)坚(jian)定信(xin)仰者和践行(xing)者,又(you)是(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华优秀传统文化(hua)的(de)(de)忠实(shi)继承者和弘扬(yang)者。

  第二(er),“结(jie)合(he)(he)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)结(jie)果是互相(xiang)成(cheng)就。“结(jie)合(he)(he)”不(bu)(bu)是“拼(pin)盘”,不(bu)(bu)是简(jian)单的(de)(de)(de)(de)“物理(li)反应(ying)”,而是深刻(ke)的(de)(de)(de)(de)“化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)学反应(ying)”,造就了一(yi)个有机统(tong)一(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命(ming)(ming)体。一(yi)方面,马(ma)克思主(zhu)义把先进的(de)(de)(de)(de)思想理(li)论带到(dao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo),以真(zhen)理(li)之光激活了中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)基因,引领中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)走进现(xian)(xian)代(dai)世界(jie),推动(dong)(dong)了中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命(ming)(ming)更新(xin)(xin)和现(xian)(xian)代(dai)转型。从民本到(dao)民主(zhu),从九州共(gong)贯到(dao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华民族共(gong)同体,从万物并育到(dao)人(ren)与自然(ran)和谐共(gong)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),从富(fu)民厚生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)共(gong)同富(fu)裕,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)别开生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)面,实现(xian)(xian)了从传统(tong)到(dao)现(xian)(xian)代(dai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)跨越,发展出中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)现(xian)(xian)代(dai)形(xing)态。另一(yi)方面,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华优秀传统(tong)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)充实了马(ma)克思主(zhu)义的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命(ming)(ming),推动(dong)(dong)马(ma)克思主(zhu)义不(bu)(bu)断实现(xian)(xian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)时代(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)飞跃(yue),显(xian)示出日益(yi)鲜明(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)风格(ge)与中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)气派(pai),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)马(ma)克思主(zhu)义成(cheng)为(wei)(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)和中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)精神的(de)(de)(de)(de)时代(dai)精华。“第二(er)个结(jie)合(he)(he)”让(rang)马(ma)克思主(zhu)义成(cheng)为(wei)(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华优秀传统(tong)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)成(cheng)为(wei)(wei)现(xian)(xian)代(dai)的(de)(de)(de)(de),让(rang)经由“结(jie)合(he)(he)”而形(xing)成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)成(cheng)为(wei)(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)式现(xian)(xian)代(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)形(xing)态。

  2023年6月2日,中(zhong)共中(zhong)央总书记、国家主席、中(zhong)央军委主席习近平在(zai)北京出席文化(hua)传承发展座谈会并发表(biao)重要讲(jiang)话。这是座谈会前,习近平2日下午在(zai)中(zhong)国历(li)史(shi)研究院考察。

  第三,“结(jie)合(he)”筑牢了(le)(le)道路根(gen)基(ji)。我(wo)们的(de)(de)(de)(de)社(she)会(hui)(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)义(yi)(yi)为(wei)什么(me)不(bu)一样?为(wei)什么(me)能够生(sheng)机勃勃、充满活(huo)力(li)?关键就(jiu)(jiu)在(zai)于(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国特色(se)(se)。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国特色(se)(se)的(de)(de)(de)(de)关键就(jiu)(jiu)在(zai)于(yu)“两个(ge)结(jie)合(he)”。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国特色(se)(se)社(she)会(hui)(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)义(yi)(yi)道路首先是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)社(she)会(hui)(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)义(yi)(yi),这是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)从(cong)马(ma)克思(si)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)义(yi)(yi)那里来的(de)(de)(de)(de);同时,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国文(wen)(wen)化(hua)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)朴素的(de)(de)(de)(de)社(she)会(hui)(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)义(yi)(yi)元素也提(ti)供(gong)了(le)(le)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国接受(shou)马(ma)克思(si)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)义(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)基(ji)础。建设(she)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国特色(se)(se)社(she)会(hui)(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)义(yi)(yi),我(wo)们的(de)(de)(de)(de)道路越(yue)走越(yue)宽广(guang)、越(yue)走越(yue)坚定。在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国特色(se)(se)社(she)会(hui)(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)义(yi)(yi)新(xin)时代(dai)(dai),党(dang)和国家的(de)(de)(de)(de)事业之(zhi)所以取得了(le)(le)历史性成就(jiu)(jiu)、发(fa)生(sheng)了(le)(le)历史性变革(ge),一个(ge)重要原因就(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)我(wo)们坚持了(le)(le)“两个(ge)结(jie)合(he)”。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国特色(se)(se)社(she)会(hui)(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)义(yi)(yi)道路是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)在(zai)马(ma)克思(si)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)义(yi)(yi)指导下走出(chu)来的(de)(de)(de)(de),也是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)从(cong)五千(qian)多年中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)史中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)走出(chu)来的(de)(de)(de)(de);“第二(er)个(ge)结(jie)合(he)”让中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国特色(se)(se)社(she)会(hui)(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)义(yi)(yi)道路有(you)了(le)(le)更加宏阔(kuo)深(shen)远的(de)(de)(de)(de)历史纵深(shen),拓(tuo)展了(le)(le)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国特色(se)(se)社(she)会(hui)(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)义(yi)(yi)道路的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)根(gen)基(ji)。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国式(shi)现(xian)代(dai)(dai)化(hua)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)强国建设(she)、民族(zu)复兴的(de)(de)(de)(de)康庄大(da)道。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国式(shi)现(xian)代(dai)(dai)化(hua)赋予中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)以现(xian)代(dai)(dai)力(li)量,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)赋予中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国式(shi)现(xian)代(dai)(dai)化(hua)以深(shen)厚底蕴。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国式(shi)现(xian)代(dai)(dai)化(hua)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)赓续古老文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)现(xian)代(dai)(dai)化(hua),而不(bu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)消灭古老文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)现(xian)代(dai)(dai)化(hua);是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)从(cong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)(hua)大(da)地(di)长出(chu)来的(de)(de)(de)(de)现(xian)代(dai)(dai)化(hua),不(bu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)照(zhao)搬照(zhao)抄(chao)其他国家的(de)(de)(de)(de)现(xian)代(dai)(dai)化(hua);是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)更新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)结(jie)果,不(bu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)断(duan)裂的(de)(de)(de)(de)产物。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国式(shi)现(xian)代(dai)(dai)化(hua)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)(hua)民族(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)旧邦新(xin)命,必将推(tui)动中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)重焕(huan)荣光。

  第四(si)(si),“结合”打开(kai)了创(chuang)新空(kong)间。“结合”本身(shen)就(jiu)是创(chuang)新,同时又开(kai)启了广(guang)阔的(de)理论和(he)实(shi)践创(chuang)新空(kong)间。“第二(er)(er)个结合”让我们(men)掌(zhang)握了思(si)想和(he)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)主动,并有力地(di)作用于(yu)道(dao)路(lu)、理论和(he)制(zhi)度。从(cong)这个角度看,我们(men)党开(kai)创(chuang)的(de)人民(min)代表大会(hui)制(zhi)度、政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)治协商制(zhi)度,与中(zhong)华(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)的(de)民(min)本思(si)想,天下(xia)共治理念,“共和(he)”、“商量”的(de)施政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)传统(tong),“兼容并包、求同存(cun)异”的(de)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)治智慧都(dou)有深刻关联(lian)。我们(men)没有搞联(lian)邦(bang)制(zhi)、邦(bang)联(lian)制(zhi),确(que)立了单一(yi)(yi)(yi)制(zhi)国家形式(shi),实(shi)行民(min)族区(qu)域(yu)自治制(zhi)度,就(jiu)是顺(shun)应向(xiang)(xiang)内凝聚、多(duo)元一(yi)(yi)(yi)体的(de)中(zhong)华(hua)民(min)族发展大趋势,承继(ji)九州共贯、六合同风、四(si)(si)海(hai)一(yi)(yi)(yi)家的(de)中(zhong)国文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)大一(yi)(yi)(yi)统(tong)传统(tong)。更(geng)重要的(de)是,“第二(er)(er)个结合”是又一(yi)(yi)(yi)次的(de)思(si)想解放,让我们(men)能够在更(geng)广(guang)阔的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)空(kong)间中(zhong),充(chong)分运用中(zhong)华(hua)优秀传统(tong)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)的(de)宝贵资源(yuan),探(tan)索面(mian)向(xiang)(xiang)未(wei)来(lai)的(de)理论和(he)制(zhi)度创(chuang)新。

  第五,“结合”巩固(gu)了(le)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)主体性(xing)(xing)(xing)。任何文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)要(yao)立(li)得住、行得远(yuan),要(yao)有(you)引领力(li)(li)(li)、凝聚(ju)力(li)(li)(li)、塑造力(li)(li)(li)、辐射力(li)(li)(li),就(jiu)必(bi)须(xu)有(you)自(zi)(zi)己(ji)的(de)(de)主体性(xing)(xing)(xing)。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)共产党(dang)(dang)历来(lai)重(zhong)视文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),新(xin)时代(dai)我(wo)(wo)们在(zai)道路自(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)、理(li)论(lun)自(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)、制度自(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)基(ji)础(chu)上(shang)增加了(le)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)自(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)。文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)自(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)就(jiu)来(lai)自(zi)(zi)我(wo)(wo)们的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)主体性(xing)(xing)(xing)。这一主体性(xing)(xing)(xing)是(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)共产党(dang)(dang)带领中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)人民(min)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)大地上(shang)建(jian)立(li)起(qi)来(lai)的(de)(de);是(shi)在(zai)创造性(xing)(xing)(xing)转(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、创新(xin)性(xing)(xing)(xing)发展中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华优秀传统(tong)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),继承(cheng)革(ge)命(ming)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),发展社会主义(yi)先(xian)进文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)基(ji)础(chu)上(shang),借鉴吸(xi)收人类一切优秀文(wen)明成果的(de)(de)基(ji)础(chu)上(shang)建(jian)立(li)起(qi)来(lai)的(de)(de);是(shi)通过(guo)把马克(ke)思(si)主义(yi)基(ji)本原(yuan)理(li)同中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)具体实际、同中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华优秀传统(tong)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)相结合建(jian)立(li)起(qi)来(lai)的(de)(de)。创立(li)新(xin)时代(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)特色社会主义(yi)思(si)想就(jiu)是(shi)这一文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)主体性(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)最有(you)力(li)(li)(li)体现。有(you)了(le)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)主体性(xing)(xing)(xing),就(jiu)有(you)了(le)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)意(yi)义(yi)上(shang)坚(jian)定的(de)(de)自(zi)(zi)我(wo)(wo),文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)自(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)就(jiu)有(you)了(le)根本依托(tuo),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)共产党(dang)(dang)就(jiu)有(you)了(le)引领时代(dai)的(de)(de)强大文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)力(li)(li)(li)量,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华民(min)族和中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)人民(min)就(jiu)有(you)了(le)国(guo)家认同的(de)(de)坚(jian)实文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)基(ji)础(chu),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华文(wen)明就(jiu)有(you)了(le)和世界其他文(wen)明交(jiao)流互鉴的(de)(de)鲜明文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特性(xing)(xing)(xing)。

  2023年7月25日至(zhi)27日,中(zhong)共中(zhong)央总书记、国家主席(xi)、中(zhong)央军委主席(xi)习(xi)近平(ping)在(zai)四(si)川考察。这是26日下午,习(xi)近平(ping)在(zai)位于德阳(yang)市广(guang)汉(han)市的三(san)星堆博物馆(guan)文(wen)物保护与修复(fu)馆(guan),同现(xian)场工作人(ren)员亲切交(jiao)流。

  “第二(er)个结(jie)合”,是我们(men)党对马克思主义(yi)中(zhong)国(guo)化(hua)时代化(hua)历史(shi)经验的(de)深(shen)刻总结(jie),是对中(zhong)华文(wen)明发展规律的(de)深(shen)刻把握,表明我们(men)党对中(zhong)国(guo)道路、理论、制度的(de)认识达到了(le)(le)新(xin)高度,表明我们(men)党的(de)历史(shi)自信、文(wen)化(hua)自信达到了(le)(le)新(xin)高度,表明我们(men)党在传承中(zhong)华优秀传统文(wen)化(hua)中(zhong)推进(jin)文(wen)化(hua)创新(xin)的(de)自觉(jue)性(xing)达到了(le)(le)新(xin)高度。

  三、更好担负起新的文化使命

  党(dang)的(de)十(shi)八(ba)大以(yi)来,党(dang)中(zhong)央在领导(dao)党(dang)和(he)人民推进治国理政的(de)实践中(zhong),把文化建设(she)摆在全局工作的(de)重要位置。经过(guo)这些年的(de)不懈努力(li),文化传承发展呈(cheng)现出(chu)新(xin)的(de)气象、开(kai)创了新(xin)的(de)局面,社会主义文化强国建设(she)迈出(chu)坚实步伐(fa)。

  在(zai)实(shi)践(jian)中(zhong),我们不(bu)断深(shen)化(hua)对文(wen)化(hua)建(jian)设(she)的规律性认识,提出一系列(lie)新思想新观(guan)点(dian)新论断。这些重(zhong)要观(guan)点(dian),是(shi)新时代党领导文(wen)化(hua)建(jian)设(she)实(shi)践(jian)经(jing)验的理论总结,是(shi)做好宣传(chuan)思想文(wen)化(hua)工作的根本遵循,必须(xu)长期(qi)坚(jian)持贯彻、不(bu)断丰富发展。

  在新的起点上(shang)继(ji)续(xu)推动(dong)文(wen)化(hua)繁荣、建设(she)文(wen)化(hua)强国、建设(she)中华民族现代文(wen)明,是我们(men)在新时代新的文(wen)化(hua)使命(ming)。这里,我着重强调3点。

  第一,坚(jian)定(ding)文(wen)化自(zi)(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)。自(zi)(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)才能(neng)自(zi)(zi)(zi)强。有文(wen)化自(zi)(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)民族(zu),才能(neng)立得(de)住、站得(de)稳、行得(de)远。中(zhong)(zhong)华文(wen)明历经数千年(nian)而绵延不(bu)绝、迭(die)遭(zao)忧患而经久不(bu)衰,这是人(ren)类文(wen)明的(de)(de)(de)奇迹,也是我们自(zi)(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)底气(qi)。坚(jian)定(ding)文(wen)化自(zi)(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin),就是坚(jian)持走自(zi)(zi)(zi)己的(de)(de)(de)路。坚(jian)定(ding)文(wen)化自(zi)(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)首要任(ren)务(wu),就是立足中(zhong)(zhong)华民族(zu)伟(wei)大历史实践和当代实践,用中(zhong)(zhong)国道(dao)理总(zong)结好(hao)中(zhong)(zhong)国经验,把中(zhong)(zhong)国经验提升为中(zhong)(zhong)国理论,既不(bu)盲从各种教(jiao)条,也不(bu)照搬外国理论,实现精(jing)神上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)独立自(zi)(zi)(zi)主。要把文(wen)化自(zi)(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)融入全民族(zu)的(de)(de)(de)精(jing)神气(qi)质与文(wen)化品格中(zhong)(zhong),养成昂扬向上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)风(feng)貌和理性平和的(de)(de)(de)心态。

  第(di)二,秉(bing)持开(kai)(kai)放(fang)(fang)包(bao)容(rong)。开(kai)(kai)放(fang)(fang)包(bao)容(rong)始终(zhong)是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明发展的(de)(de)(de)活力(li)(li)来源,也是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)自信的(de)(de)(de)显著(zhu)标(biao)志。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明的(de)(de)(de)博大气象(xiang),就得益于中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)自古以来开(kai)(kai)放(fang)(fang)的(de)(de)(de)姿态、包(bao)容(rong)的(de)(de)(de)胸怀(huai)。秉(bing)持开(kai)(kai)放(fang)(fang)包(bao)容(rong),就是要更(geng)加(jia)积(ji)极主(zhu)动(dong)地学习借鉴人类(lei)创(chuang)造的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)切(qie)优(you)秀(xiu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明成果。无(wu)论是对(dui)内提升先进文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)凝聚力(li)(li)感召力(li)(li),还是对(dui)外(wai)增强中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明的(de)(de)(de)传播力(li)(li)影响力(li)(li),都离不开(kai)(kai)融(rong)通中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)外(wai)、贯通古今。经(jing)过长(zhang)期努力(li)(li),我(wo)们比以往(wang)任(ren)(ren)何(he)一(yi)个(ge)时(shi)代(dai)都更(geng)有条(tiao)件破解“古今中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)西之争(zheng)”,也比以往(wang)任(ren)(ren)何(he)一(yi)个(ge)时(shi)代(dai)都更(geng)迫切(qie)需要一(yi)批熔铸古今、汇通中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)西的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)成果。我(wo)们必须坚持马克(ke)思主(zhu)义中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)化(hua)时(shi)代(dai)化(hua),传承发展中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华优(you)秀(xiu)传统文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua),促进外(wai)来文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)本土化(hua),不断培育和创(chuang)造新时(shi)代(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)特色(se)社会主(zhu)义文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)。

  第三,坚持守(shou)(shou)正(zheng)(zheng)创(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)。对文(wen)化建设来说,守(shou)(shou)正(zheng)(zheng)才能不迷失自我、不迷失方向,创(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)才能把握时代(dai)、引(yin)领时代(dai)。守(shou)(shou)正(zheng)(zheng),守(shou)(shou)的(de)是(shi)马克思主(zhu)义(yi)在意(yi)识形(xing)(xing)态(tai)领域指导地位的(de)根本制度,守(shou)(shou)的(de)是(shi)“两个结合(he)”的(de)根本要求,守(shou)(shou)的(de)是(shi)中国共产(chan)党的(de)文(wen)化领导权和中华民族的(de)文(wen)化主(zhu)体性。创(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin),创(chuang)(chuang)的(de)是(shi)新(xin)(xin)(xin)思路、新(xin)(xin)(xin)话(hua)语(yu)、新(xin)(xin)(xin)机制、新(xin)(xin)(xin)形(xing)(xing)式,要在马克思主(zhu)义(yi)指导下(xia)真正(zheng)(zheng)做到古为(wei)今(jin)用、洋为(wei)中用、辩证取舍、推(tui)陈出新(xin)(xin)(xin),实现传统与现代(dai)的(de)有机衔接。新(xin)(xin)(xin)时代(dai)的(de)文(wen)化工作者必须(xu)以守(shou)(shou)正(zheng)(zheng)创(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)正(zheng)(zheng)气(qi)和锐(rui)气(qi),赓续历(li)史文(wen)脉、谱写(xie)当代(dai)华章(zhang)。

  同志们!对(dui)历史最好的(de)继承就是创(chuang)造新的(de)历史,对(dui)人类(lei)文(wen)明最大(da)的(de)礼敬就是创(chuang)造人类(lei)文(wen)明新形态。希望(wang)大(da)家担当使命、奋(fen)发有为,共(gong)同努力创(chuang)造属(shu)于我(wo)们这个时代的(de)新文(wen)化,建设中华民族现(xian)代文(wen)明!
